Original Blind in Paris
This morning a very old wish of mine came true. Ever since I saw Blind's 'Video Days' for the first time and saw the Paris pond footage with Danny Way in the foreground I've always wondered if there was more footage of what was then the original team skating Paris...never did I actually expect to find out. I was watching the footage extras from 'The Man Who Souled The World' DVD this morning and thinking "this isn't really unseen though is it" and then it gets to the Blind in Paris 5 minute long segment and my face melted. Literally a wish come true. I can't believe so much of that never got used, it's fucked up. That could be released as a tour video today and it would kill it...Jason Lee's flip to pivot is golden and the 50-50 360 out is decades before it's time. An amazing team, an amazing time, an amazing place and all filmed by Spike Jonze. Untouchable.
P.S. A HUGE thanks to ray for the loan!

the best thing I have seen in ages, J Lees k/f pivot is GOLD
Amazing! It's especially rad as it's three of the best ratting round Paris with no agenda other than the shred.
What's that docu. like anyway? Guess it's pretty good given who the director is.
Great new site btw G
That is untouchable. The footage at the pond is amazing.
Whats best is the bit where Danny Way falls off and then a duck has to get out of his way.
Minding the duck is often attributed to american skateboarding.
Nice one PG and Ray.
